Let’s face it, it’s all about the customer correct?  Even as demanding as they can be, we all need them and a better way to manage all those demands.  Propel understands that the shredding business’ customer base is vast and with that comes a broad array of service and billing requirements.  Propel has a number of features to help you manage those details.  Here is a short list of features for Customer Management:

Keep Customer Info at finger’s touch

Organize customer information in one area with quick access to contacts, account notes, quotes, service agreements, work orders, invoicing, payments and credits in one area. Search for a customer by name on every page in the app.  Search on the Customer page by Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Account Number, or Phone number.  Click on a Customer’s account balance from the main screen to view all open invoices.

Handle an unlimited number of Service Locations

Configure each location with it’s own special service settings.  Each location can be setup to send an invoice to the parent, itself or even another location within the Customer’s locations.  View the location’s next service visit in one click or the entire service history.

You need a bunch of billing options, we’ve got them

Set customers to be invoiced Monthly or Immediately when work is completed, do they want a paper invoice or email, maybe both?  Send invoices to multiple contacts or locations

Integrated features to make everything quicker and easier

Email invoices with a click, the body of the email even includes an embedded link for them to pay you on-line.  Built-in credit card processing that makes handling “Autopay” customers a snap.  Capture Internal Only Notes for each customer.  Create a Service Request to handle internal non-job related tasks, such as sending a Customer an insurance certificate or a W9 Tax Form.
